Dr Theodora Bartzou MD, MSc was born in Paphos. After graduating from high school, she went on to study Medicine at The Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University in Moscow, from where she graduated in 2005.<\/p>\n
She was awarded the General Medicine specialisation in 2012, after completing her training at the Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University and the 401st Military Hospital of Athens.<\/p>\n
Following that, she started working as a GP at the Government Medical Unit of Milos island in Greece and in the meantime completed her fellowship in Emergency Medicine at the New York Presbyterian Queens Hospital.<\/p>\n
She joined GESY last year and she started practicing in Peyia, rapidly gaining the trust and preference of many people \u2013 expats and Cypriots. At the same time, she completed her Masters Degree in Public Health Administration.<\/p>\n
Today, she has her own surgery in Peyia and accepts both GESY and private patients.<\/p>\n
She speaks Greek, English and Russian. She is married to Vasilis and has three children.<\/p>\n
