If you have been with your current GP for more than 6 months, you can just go to the new doctor and they will register you. The doctor will give you a referral if needed to see any specialist or for the microbiologist to take bloods.<\/p>\n<p>The only specialist you do not need a referral for is the Gynaecologist. The doctor may have recommendations, but the choice is entirely up to you. The doctor will give you a referral if needed to see any specialist or for the microbiologist to take bloods.<\/p>\n<p>The only specialist you do not need a referral for is the Gynaecologist. To link your account, you will need 2 verification codes \u2013 one provided by your GP and another one that will arrive via e-mail.<\/p>\n<p>When you are requesting verification codes from your GP, please note they will only be valid for 24 hours.
