COVID-19 Vaccinations
GESY Residents
For residents already on GESY, you can make an appointment for yourself or other GESY registered person in 3 ways:
Call 1474 and follow the instructions for booking a vaccination appointment.
Visit the vaccination portal here, login on your GESY account and book an appointment slot online (if you have not linked your beneficiary file with a user account, please see FAQs section for more info).
Please note that in order to book an appointment for yourself or someone else, you will need to be in the specific category the portal is open for. If not, the system will not let the request go through.
New COVID-19 measures as of 26th of April
As of Monday, 26 April 2021, at 5 a.m. until Sunday, 9 May 2021, at midnight, the following measures will be in force:
1. Movement is prohibited from 9 p.m. until 5 am of the following day except in the following cases:
• Moving to and from the workplace and for working purposes using the “Confirmation for Employee’s Movement” Form.
• Going to a Medical Centre or a Hospital or a pharmacy or a veterinarian.
2. Meetings, public gatherings or social events, irrespective of venue (private or public space), indoors or outdoors (e.g. squares, dams, picnic areas, marinas) are prohibited.

The Palia Electriki vaccination centre is located at the new square at the town centre, near the Paphos Municipality building, just behind Second Cup coffee shop. There is ample parking in the large parking area opposite the coffee shop, next to the petrol station. If you have access to Google Maps, this is the exact location:

A total of 42.5 thousand people have been vaccinated in the Paphos District
The vaccination centres at the Paphos district are located the Paphos General Hospital, at the Old Electric & at the Polis Chrysochous Hospital.
A total of 42.5 thousand people have been vaccinated against the coronavirus in the town and district of Paphos since January when vaccinations began, and until today, according to the head of the vaccination centers in the Paphos district, Health Visiting Officer Elena Zachariou.
In her statements to the CNA, Ms. Zachariou stated that the vaccination program at the vaccination centres of the Paphos district is proceeding smoothly and as usual, and so far 42.5 thousand people have been vaccinated.
